Refund and Return Policy

At Hunte Corazón Shop LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of fragrances, fitness gear, or boxing equipment. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Fragrances

Fragrances must be unused, unopened, and in their original factory packaging, with the manufacturer's seal intact. Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for a standard return. If your fragrance arrived defective or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.

Fitness & Boxing Equipment

Fitness gear and boxing equipment must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original factory packaging, with the included accessories and tags.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if you need a different size or color of the same item. Please contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability. The return conditions above apply to exchanges, including the unopened, factory-sealed requirement for fragrances.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
