SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Hunte Corazón Shop LLC ("La Sombra").

PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (UPS): 2-3 business days
- Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING RATES
- FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50.
- Orders under $50: flat rate of $5.99 for standard shipping.

TRACKING
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at huntecorazonpro@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
- At this time, we ship within the United States only.
