RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Hunte Corazón Shop LLC ("La Sombra"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy:

RETURNS
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- To start a return, please contact us at huntecorazonpro@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
- If you need a different size or color, please contact us at huntecorazonpro@gmail.com and we will assist you with an exchange, subject to availability.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
